Progress achieved measured against the progress expected by now. A project can be busy and still be behind, and this is the number that says so.
Days until the deadline
Every project card carries its end date and the days remaining, so a deadline arrives as a countdown rather than a surprise.

The same progress number as everywhere else
A Pulse project card reads the project’s calculated progress — the same figure the projects list and the project header show.
Unknown is a real answer.
A project Pulse cannot assess is reported as Unknown rather than scored zero. Zero reads as a project in trouble; Unknown says there is not yet enough work underneath it to judge. A dashboard that hides the difference is worse than one that admits it.
