To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HelixSync and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELIXSYNC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to HelixSync in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service prior to the changes becoming effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HelixSync operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
